I literally sleep with this in my hair prior to a shampoo. It's truly amazing. I have used many other glossing serums, but, they leave my hair needing another shampoo because of the residue left behind on the strands of my hair. Not this one. Just clean, glossy, manageable hair. This entire system is affordable, easy to use, and it certainly opened my eyes to a new way of doing things.
