9. Internal Tools and Automation

9.1 Harmonie-Hernandez operates the Ceremony by Harmonie product brand and this website. Harmonie-Hernandez also operates an internal automation tool named Ceremony by Harmonie (the "App"), which uses TikTok's official Content Posting API to publish our own original video content to the TikTok account operated by Harmonie-Hernandez for the Ceremony by Harmonie brand.

9.2 The App is used exclusively by the Harmonie-Hernandez team. It is not a product or service offered to customers, visitors, or any third party, and is not available for download, subscription, or outside use.

9.3 The App does not collect, access, store, or share personal information from website visitors, TikTok viewers, followers, or any third parties. OAuth access tokens issued to us by TikTok are stored securely and are used only to authenticate our own brand account when publishing our own content.

9.4 These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Services; this Section 9 is included to publicly disclose the App's name, existence, and scope.

10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaii.
10.1 Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Hawaii.
